• Creating a membership portfolio of more than 40000 members.
• Creating Construction phase Membership sales teams.
• Establishing the revenue management system for Health Clubs & hotel and organize weekly and quarterly revenue meetings to maximize the market share.
• Coordinating to Establish Computer Operation Systems ( Opera / Lapis/marriott // and other systems at other brands).
• Increasing the Membership Market business during the low season period by signing up contacts with the major Corporate companies.
• Preparation of yearly budgets, revenue proposal and marketing plans
• Developing new projects within the team to increase the revenue.
• Developing and implementing tactical approaches to maintain the customer contact at a variety of levels within active and new companies within the local market.
• Joining daily effective physical sales calls with the sales team, if needed.
• Managing whole operation systems within Fitness&Spa concepts.
• Prepare termly reports to the Board Members according to the actions taken and results.
• Establish the openning strategy of more than eight Brands.
